How does it work?

Choose your racket:
Select the racket you want to try on our website. We will send it to you new, with a new overgrip and strung according to your preferences. -
Try it at home:
Enjoy the racket in your own environment for 7 days. Play, feel, and check if it’s the ideal one for you. - Decide without pressure:
- If you love it, keep it! The trial service is completely free.
- If it’s not what you were looking for, we will pick it up without any hassle.
What does the service include?
✅ New Raqueta with personalized overgrip and stringing.
✅ Home pickup if you decide not to keep the racket.
✅ 100% satisfaction guarantee: We want you to be completely happy with your choice.
Service cost
- If you keep the paddle/racket: The trial service is free. You only pay for the racket + grip + selected stringing!
- If you return the paddle/racket: The service costs 50€ + the selected grip and stringing.
- Trial period: Up to 7 days from receipt. Each additional day costs 10€.
How do I contract the service?
- Place your order as usual: select the paddle/racket, grip, and stringing, and pay the total amount.
- Receive the paddle/racket at your home and try it for 7 days.
- Decide:
- If you like it, keep it!
- If not, send us an email at online@volealo.com to schedule the pickup.
- Get your money back: Once the paddle/racket is received in perfect condition, we will refund the amount minus the service cost.
Important conditions
- Proper use: If the paddle/racket is returned in inappropriate conditions (beyond normal use), Volealo/5 Sets Europe SL reserves the right not to refund the amount paid.
