1. Our story: why Volealo was born
Volealo was born with a clear purpose: to offer tennis and padel players the service we had always wanted to find as consumers. After years working in the sector, we saw that many players were looking for more than just a simple store: they needed expert advice, close attention, and a real connection with their sports environment.
That’s why we created Volealo, a store designed to be close to clubs, coaches, and local players, understanding their needs and supporting them every step of the way. We want anyone who plays tennis or padel (from amateurs to competitors) to find a trusted store in us.
2. Our journey
We are the former founders of 5Sets, the racket sports store that many players in Mataró will remember. For years we learned, grew, and earned the trust of hundreds of customers. That experience is the foundation of everything we do today.
Volealo is the natural evolution of that first stage. We created this new store with a more modern vision, more specialized, and much more connected to the real needs of today’s player: better service, better attention, and more technical knowledge thanks to all the previous experience.
Our team is made up of professionals passionate about tennis and padel, with direct experience on the court and in technical advising. We know what works, why it works, and for whom it works.
3. Our mission
To accompany each player throughout their entire purchasing process so they feel confident, advised, and well attended from the very first moment.
We want choosing a paddle, a racket, or a pair of shoes not to be a confusing decision, but a reliable experience guided by experts who truly understand the player’s needs.
